Halloween Workout - 6-9 year olds

In Junior Varsity, we build a foundation for athletics and physical literacy with a focus on those fundamental movements, and healthy movement patterns. We wrap fitness in fun as we work on learning new skills, improving endurance and flexibility, and building strength with bodyweight movements.
