Halloween Workout 12-18 year olds

We build on the healthy movement patterns and physical literacy in the Varsity program. After establishing the foundation of sound technique, we look to increase strength and conditioning toward specific athletic goals. We introduce Olympic Weight lifting, additional strength training, gymnastics, and speed/agility training. Athletes learn that fitness makes us feel great – physically and mentally!
